The quantum theory of the pure radiation field was developed by Paul Adrien Maurice Dirac [1] (1902–1984) and by Pasqual Jordan (1902–1980) and Wolfgang Pauli [2] (1900–1958, see Fig. 4.1). The method presented here for the quantisation of the general field was developed by Enrico Fermi [3] (1901–1954, Fig. 4.2). The theory in this form is equivalent to the general quantum electrodynamics of Werner Heisenberg (1901–1976, Fig. 4.2) and W. Pauli [4].

摘要

The quantum theory of the pure radiation field was developed by Paul Adrien Maurice Dirac [1] (1902–1984) and by Pasqual Jordan (1902–1980) and Wolfgang Pauli [2] (1900–1958, see Fig. 4.1). The method presented here for the quantisation of the general field was developed by Enrico Fermi [3] (1901–1954, Fig. 4.2). The theory in this form is equivalent to the general quantum electrodynamics of Werner Heisenberg (1901–1976, Fig. 4.2) and W. Pauli [4].
