Cross-border e-business has accumulated a large amount of data during its operation, making the application of data analysis in this field a research hotspot. Compared to blindly using information technology to collect a large amount of information, conducting effective analysis of big data algorithms before obtaining data can improve the referential quality of the data and achieve twice the result with half the effort. Starting from the perspective of improving the operational efficiency of e-business enterprises through data analysis and application, this article explores the application of data mining (DM) technology in the assessment of cross-border operational data indicators and constructs a cross-border e-business operational data indicator assessment model. The experiment shows that the assessment accuracy of this method can reach 95.14%. An important role of DM technology is to discover hidden patterns in data. By deeply analyzing the operational data of cross-border e-business, enterprises can better understand consumer behavior and market trends and make more reasonable decisions. By properly archiving and effectively analyzing cross-border e-business operation data, we can deeply explore its data value, which will help improve the operational efficiency of the cross-border e-business industry and optimize the operation of cross-border e-business.
