Digital Transformation and Strategic Management in SMEs: A Decision-Making Model
摘要
Digital transformation (DT) continues to influence the strategic positioning and decision-making of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). In this context, the present study adopts the Fuzzy TOPSIS approach as a means to explore how DT affects strategic management practices, offering a structured analysis of its impact across different organisational settings. The proposed methodology uses a set of essential criteria to measure companies’ digital maturity and strategic adaptation in highly dynamic environments. The results demonstrate that adopting DT positively influences decision-making capacity and business competitiveness, offering a replicable model for managers and strategic decision-makers.
