The proposed methodology uses a set of essential criteria to measure companies’ digital maturity and strategic adaptation in highly dynamic environments. The results demonstrate that adopting DT positively influences decision-making capacity and business competitiveness, offering a replicable model for managers and strategic decision-makers.
