This paper addresses the development and construction of a localisation system for real-time tracking of mobile machinery such as forklifts, pallet trucks, pallets and personnel in an industrial context. Based on Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) indoor positioning, a scalable and low-cost architecture is proposed that operates in conditions of high electromagnetic interference and large physical dimensions. The solution incorporates a network of beacons that, through trilateration and signal filtering techniques, as well as a central server in charge of managing alerts, graphics, and movements to improve logistics and ensure personnel safety. Tests show that the system can provide acceptable location accuracy even in conditions of high electromagnetic interference, making it an effective solution for sectors such as logistics, manufacturing and human resource management.
