This work presents the design and development of a decentralized system to improve how products are tracked in logistics warehouses, using blockchain and smart contracts. The main goal is to make sure product data stays secure, transparent, and trustworthy throughout its journey. The system uses a private Ethereum blockchain, a Node.js server, and a React web app to make it easy for users to interact with the blockchain. To avoid incorrect or fake data being recorded, a separate database checks and confirms all product updates before they are added to the blockchain. A smart contract written in Solidity is used to save and retrieve each step in a product’s journey, making sure updates happen in the correct order. The system was tested in a controlled setup and showed good speed and reliable performance for tracking products. This platform is designed to be flexible and scalable, making it a strong option for real-world use in supply chains, especially as industries move toward smarter and more automated systems in Industry 5.0.

摘要
