The AI driven online shopping gives customers a cozy and tranquil online shopping experience. Consumers are gravitating towards voice assistants for a seamless online shopping experience. Amazon, one of the global online retailers, has positioned itself at the forefront of this trend. Many consumers prefer to add items to their cart and check order statuses using just their voice during online shopping. The satisfaction levels of consumers remain high among those who utilize this AI driven technology. Thus, the study investigates consumer satisfaction towards the usage of voice assistants in Amazon online shopping. With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, voice assistants have become increasingly prevalent in e-commerce platforms, offering users a convenient and hands-free shopping experience. The research aims to provide valuable insights regarding the satisfaction of voice assistant by amazon consumers through sample survey among 170 respondents in Coimbatore city. The results of the study guide the development of more user-centric voice assistant technologies in the realm of online shopping.
