Green financing has become an essential mechanism needed to deal with an increasing demand in climate change, as well as for sustainable development. Green finance is necessary for encouraging the growth of the economy and dealing with environmental problems because it directs money to renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and environmentally conscious businesses. Examining the strategies, challenges, and opportunities of green financing, it highlights core financial products such as green bonds, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investing, carbon pricing and fintech developments.
