This study explores the perceptions and preferences of customers regarding healthcare services, with a particular focus on the role of digital marketing strategies in influencing customer attitudes and behaviours. Utilizing a descriptive research design and a sample of 207 respondents, the study investigates key variables such as customer opinions, access to information, the influence of social media, personalized communication, and technological tools. Through a structured questionnaire incorporating Likert scale items, the study examines factors like transparency, brand credibility, and customer satisfaction as critical indicators of effective healthcare marketing. Statistical tools such as simple percentage analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, regression and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) are employed to evaluate the data and identify significant relationships between marketing strategies and customer engagement. Findings highlight the importance of SMART goal-setting, competitive analysis, influencer marketing, and robust content strategies in building strong brand awareness and improving healthcare outcomes. The study concludes that digital marketing, enhanced by technological tools and data analytics, plays a pivotal role in shaping customer perceptions, increasing satisfaction, and fostering trust in healthcare services. This research offers actionable insights for healthcare providers to optimize their marketing strategies, thereby achieving higher engagement, improved service delivery, and long-term customer loyalty.
