This study qualitatively examines the combination of individual, organisational and technological factors to enhance the sharing of tacit knowledge. 15 ICT entrepreneurs from the information technology sector operating in Malaysia were interviewed in a semi-structured method for this study to learn more about their perspectives on the challenges as well as the techniques of sharing tacit knowledge with others, especially employees. According to studies, a supportive organizational culture, user-friendly technology, and an individual's willingness to contribute can all help improve tacit knowledge sharing. The study also suggests ways that an organization can improve tacit knowledge management by boosting things like motivation, teamwork, and access to technologies. for managing tacit knowledge effectively. This study concludes that human, organizational, and technological factors are important to improve tacit knowledge management to enhance the strategic competitiveness of an organization.
