Socialization Process on Job Performance: The Mediating Role of Job Engagement

Using job engagement as a mediating variable, this study sought to determine how the socialization process affected Jordanian commercial banks’ employees’ job performance. The research employed a descriptive analytical strategy, collected data using a resolution distributed to the 370 individual study participants, and evaluated the data using a set of statistical techniques included in the Smart PLS. Job involvement has a statistically significant impact on the relationship between job performance and the socialization process, according to the study’s findings.
