Integrating Change Management and Resilience: Strategies for Organizational Adaptability and Success

In the modern business environment, change is not a rarity, and therefore, to sustain itself, any organization must know how to handle it. In its title, it asked how sound change management and management of organizational resilience are related, and this article basically gave an answer to that question. Based on the literature review and the case studies discussion, the study identifies some of the best practices in enhancing organisational resilience, including leadership, learning, and communication. In the context of the study, it is necessary to approve change management as an organizational necessity, enriching the organization’s ability to adapt to change. This way, organizations can not only be ready to effectively handle the problems that will inevitably be encountered but also develop mechanisms through which change may become the rule rather than the exception for development and success in today’s increasingly competitive global environment.
