This chapter begins with notes on the benefits that accrue from data-driven project management, and the design for serviceability. Next, we explore common pitfalls while executing a Cloud- or IoT-based project. This will be followed by a section on some advisory notes and a description of how to respond to challenges in migrating an existing software or IoT-based project to Cloud-based operations. We wrap up this chapter by briefly revisiting and reinforcing modality of the Agile process.
