Nowadays, the ERP system is not limited only to business and industrial sectors; it has become an essential asset in higher education institutions. The purpose of this case study is to investigate the factors that might impact the implementing of ERP systems in universities within United Arab Emirates (UAE), based on the DeLone and MacLean IS model. A questionnaire was prepared for this purpose, and the data was collected from ERP users in higher education institutions in UAE. A sample of 75 was utilized for conducting this analysis. Various techniques and functions were utilized by implementing the IBM SPSS Statistics version 28.0.1, including Descriptive Statistics, Regression Analysis, ANNOVA, Reliability Analysis and Correlations. The study results revealed significant relationships between multiple key factors in ERP system implementation. Specifically, the results revealed a significant relationship between the ERP Use and the quality of information, as well as a significant relationship between the user’s Knowledge and the System Use. The main contribution of this study is investigating the factors that might have impact on implementing the ERP system at UAE Universities. Authors investigated the impact of technology knowledge & the level of computer literacy on users’ satisfaction on ERP utilizations. The insights from this study are invaluable for educational institutions, policymakers, developers, and researchers, significantly enriching the field of ERP system implementation in the education sector.
