This study evaluates the implementation of RegisLect software in ASOMANCIRELECNA, focusing on its impact on the operational efficiency and experience of field technicians in the collection of electric power supply readings. Using a mixed methodological approach, a case study combining qualitative and quantitative methods was conducted, covering a population of 10 field technicians. The research included structured surveys, historical data analysis, and hands-on testing to obtain a comprehensive view of RegisLect's impact. The results reveal a significant improvement in operational efficiency, evidenced by a substantial reduction in reading collection times, from 10–13 h to approximately 6 h per sector. The perception of the technicians highlights a positive adaptation, with a notable improvement in job satisfaction, mainly attributed to the optimization of time and reduction of errors. The implementation of photographic evidence and the automatic review of out-of-range consumption have contributed significantly to increased accuracy in data collection. Areas of improvement were identified in software's tools and functionalities, mainly in the updating of GPS points and the accuracy of coordinates. The implementation of company has proven to be highly effective, significantly optimizing readings collection processes and improving the working experience of technicians. This study provides a solid foundation for future research on technological innovations in electrical utility management.
