This study examines the integration of Microsoft Teams and Google Classroom in educational management, specifically within the context of the ‘Hacia Nuevos Horizontes’ Basic Education School. Leveraging digital tools, this research explores the impact on communication, collaboration, and academic performance, focusing on both pedagogical and administrative dimensions. Findings reveal that these platforms enhance engagement, foster collaborative learning, and improve academic processes, though limitations such as infrastructure challenges and the need for ongoing teacher training are evident. Practical recommendations for successful digital integration in educational institutions are also highlighted, contributing to a framework for digital transformation in educational managements.
