The study of disability involves a multidimensional and multifactorial analysis in which words such as techno-inclusion, accessibility, support, and assisted technological tools take on important meaning from the development of science and technology in contemporary times. The relationship between two (2) important dimensions is valued based on the application of an instrument that evaluates the impact of technology on the disability functioning profile, the common elements and interconnections between the themes of technology, disability, and gender, for the identification of factors, whose incidence in women reveals gaps and barriers they face in their daily lives and influence their quality of life. The methodology used was predominantly quantitative, with support from qualitative techniques and the use of methods at the theoretical and empirical level; from the former, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, and from the latter, content analysis, interrogative and systematic approach, in addition to statistical methods such as measures of central tendency, dispersion and variable comparison tests. The main results of the inquiries carried out allow assessing the benefits, achievements and challenges of using technology in the daily life of people with disabilities, this allows proposing a set of guidelines and actions to contribute to exploring the perceptions of people with disabilities about their functioning, in relation to access and use of technology from a critical and relational perspective, within the framework of the research process carried out in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

摘要
