Cavitation in Vapor/Liquid/Solid Multiphase Flow
摘要
This chapter examines the phenomena associated with cavitation bubble collapse, jet, and shock wave propagation in liquids containing sand and cavitation bubbles. First the collapse behavior of cavitation bubble near particles is described, followed by an analysis of the jet generation mechanism. Then, the generation and the propagation of shock waves during the cavitation bubble oscillation near particles are discussed. Finally, the cavitation and erosion of hydraulic machinery under the synergistic effect of particles and cavitation bubbles is discussed.
