In this chapter, the free oscillatory characteristics of a single bubble are first presented, including the derivation of the bubble wall motion equation with the second-order Mach number, and its comparison with the oscillation properties of the bubble calculated by the first-order equation. Then, the mass transfer effect of the bubble wall is analyzed. Finally, the energy dissipation mechanism of bubbles under acoustic excitation and the bubble dynamics under dual-frequency acoustic excitation are discussed.
