This study investigates the impact of Fintech innovations on financial inclusion within capital markets, emphasizing the role of digital financial technologies in making opportunities more accessible, affordable, and secure for underserved populations. The study uses a quantitative approach, distributing structured questionnaires to approximately 400 users from underserved populations. Independent variables are digital literacy, mobile accessibility, regulatory support, and data security/privacy, with trust as a mediator and financial inclusion as the dependent variable. Structural equation modeling (SEM) will assess the relationships among these variables. The primary objective is to assess the mediating role of trust in FinTech platforms, encouraging capital market engagement among underserved groups. Trust in FinTech platforms is anticipated to mediate this relationship enhancing the effectiveness of FinTech features in driving engagement among traditionally excluded groups.
