Analysis of the Digital Lending Procedures Utilized by Banks and MSMEs in India

In the recent times, digital lending reports have emerged as a fundamental resource for individuals seeking to acquire knowledge regarding both the quantity of cutting-edge fintech start-ups and the emergent technologies that are utilized. This study aims to identify the challenges in the procedure for complicated applications, prolonged processing times, opportunities and challenges encountered by banks and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the NCR region of Delhi during the digital lending process including restricted capital and inadequate banking knowledge, opaqueness in the loan process, unavailability of suitable technology, and the need to re-innovate and re-direct efforts. Technological advancements, an innovative operating model, cost efficiency, credit acquisition, reduction of the credit gap, and easy banking are also considered. The data was obtained from a sample of 600 respondents. It covers the demographic variables, challenges, opportunities, and the utilization of descriptive and analytical statistical tools to examine the correlation between these factors and the digital lending process. According to the findings of this research, the digital lending process is beneficial for both banks and MSMEs. The digital lending process is an emerging technology to reduce processing time and deliver economical, user-friendly banking solutions.
