The article examines the trend in the execution of transport tasks in a selected company using three different regression models to identify existing tendencies and assess the impact of the economic situation on a major carrier. The first model was developed using linear regression, where time was the sole predictor. The second model considered a predictor in the form of the squared value of the study time. In the last model, both study time and a qualitative predictor—the measurement month—were included. The best-fitted model turned out to be the second-degree polynomial, as it accurately reflected the post-COVID growth and market recovery, followed by its decline due to the current economic situation, which creates challenging conditions for businesses. Demonstrating a downward development trend is an alarming signal.
