The aim of this study is to analyse the links between the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the economic, environmental, and social aspects of sustainability in the context of manufacturing enterprises. The study employs a methodology comprising qualitative analysis of the SDGs, identification of actions undertaken by businesses, and a review of scientific and grey literature. The result is a comprehensive summary of actions supporting the achievement of the SDGs and proposals for new initiatives that can be implemented in the manufacturing sector. Particular emphasis is placed on activities such as adopting innovative technologies, establishing partnerships and collaboration platforms, fostering skills development, and creating employee support programmes. Challenges associated with implementing sustainable strategies, including high investment costs, cultural resistance, and the need to tailor actions to industry-specific conditions, are also identified. The study highlights the pivotal role of manufacturing enterprises in achieving the SDGs but notes that fully realising their potential requires further research, particularly into technological innovations and the long-term impacts of actions. The findings offer practical guidance for companies and managers in planning sustainability strategies.

摘要
