This paper presents a conceptual Early Warning System that integrates climate change and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) endorsing multi-sectoral coordination. A complete and effective integrated system requires the inclusion of all essential components, working together to form a protective safety net. It aims to shield at-risk populations by eliminating gaps and reducing uncertainty, ensuring comprehensive risk preparedness. A qualitative methodology guided by Grounded Theory, with purposive sampling to select relevant literature was adopted in this study. Articles were sourced from databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Open coding allowed key themes to emerge and guide the refinement of search terms. This study recommends the development of an integrated early warning system that functions like an orb-web carefully woven with multiple interconnected strands. Just as an orb-web connects each thread to strengthen the whole structure, the early warning system should link all relevant components and actors in a coordinated way to ensure timely protection from vulnerabilities. This system must be built upon established concepts, models, and frameworks. Importantly, it should be a safety–critical tool designed to detect and respond to climate change and sexual and reproductive health and rights vulnerabilities.
