Laduma tourism village in Pinge village, Bali, Indonesia, has excellent potential as a sustainable tourism destination that supports environmental conservation and local economic development. This study aims to create a business model for Laduma tourism village using the business model canvas (BMC) and renewable energy as its foundation. This research identifies the village’s potential challenges and development goals through a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that the BMC effectively organizes the village’s business model, encompassing key partners, activities, value propositions, customer relationships, segments, resources, channels, cost structure, and revenue streams. Collaboration with the government, communities, travel agents, and educational institutions is crucial for the success of this model. The business model offers tourists a sustainable and enriching experience while promoting environmental sustainability and empowering the local economy. This research serves as a blueprint for developing sustainable tourism villages in Bali and as a guide for other village managers.
