Rejuvenation of the upper face can be achieved with effective brow repositioning along with improved brow shape. In the past decade, browlift techniques have evolved and increased in popularity as surgeons have investigated less invasive surgical methods with improved postoperative outcomes. This chapter provides an overview of the relevant surgical anatomy, highlighting both anatomic principles and clinical correlation. It also features important aspects of the preoperative evaluation and surgical indications. Lastly, it discusses various surgical procedures available for the correction of brow ptosis and associated complications.
