The Digital Era and Job Performance: A Review of Recent Studies (2020–2024)
摘要
This study examines how digital transformation affects job performance across various sectors, focusing on the 2020–2024 period and emphasizing the alignment of these processes with Sustainable Development Goal 8. The findings indicate that digitalization increases productivity and organizational resilience by automating tasks and enhancing collaboration. However, there are significant obstacles-such as the digital skills gap, limited infrastructure, and cultural resistance to change-that impede adaptation to increasingly complex technological environments. Additionally, psychological factors like stress and insufficient organizational support can reduce job satisfaction and, consequently, overall performance. The study underscores the importance of continuous training, transformational leadership, and the integration of innovative tools, including artificial intelligence and electronic human resource management, to bolster competitiveness and ensure long-term sustainability. In conclusion, the transition toward digitalized work ecosystems requires a comprehensive strategy that addresses technological constraints, fosters an innovation-oriented culture, and improves employee well-being.
