Energy Analysis in Housing Units in Bahrain
摘要
This research paper analyzes the energy efficiency of various housing case studies provided by the Eskan Bank in the Kingdom of Bahrain. These case studies were selected for energy analysis and calculations to provide insights into energy efficiency and related strategies. The paper then presents an environmental approach by analyzing energy consumption reduction factors within the selected case studies. It investigates energy optimization processes in these housing units to highlight the relationship between energy efficiency analysis and energy efficiency factors, ultimately leading to reduced energy consumption and resource savings. Furthermore, the research investigates the use of digital energy analysis, through Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, to achieve energy efficiency in residential housing units during both conceptual and detailed design phases. Based on the conducted analysis and concrete results, the paper concludes by proposing an environmental approach to improve energy consumption in residential housing projects within the region.
