The Impact of Job Autonomy on Employees’ Creative Behavior
摘要
This study examines the impact of job autonomy on employees’ creative behavior in Bahrain’s Customs Affairs using a descriptive-analytical approach. A survey questionnaire was used, with 256 valid responses from 285 distributed (89.82% response rate). Results show a significant positive relationship between job autonomy; work scheduling, decision-making, and work methods; and creativity. While Customs Affairs sets work hours and locations, employees have flexibility in task execution. The study recommends assessing employees’ strengths and preferences to boost productivity. Training programs should be implemented to enhance employees’ adaptability and creative potential.
