This study examines the impact of inclusive leadership on the sustainable performance of Tunisian manufacturing companies, focusing on economic, environmental, and social dimensions. Utilizing survey data from 265 firms, the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares method. The results indicate that inclusive leadership positively influences economic, environmental, and social performance, as well as overall sustainable performance. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on leadership and sustainability by emphasizing the critical role of inclusive leadership in promoting sustainable performance outcomes. It offers valuable insights for policymakers in resource-limited and rapidly changing environments, highlighting the importance of inclusive leadership in achieving corporate sustainability.
