In the complex environment of business operations, securing the supply of raw materials and inputs becomes a fundamental aspect. In this context, companies are faced with the urgent task of effectively managing this component, given its vital importance in their operations. This article addresses this challenge by proposing solutions in the form of sourcing strategies adapted to the particularities of each type of product, considering factors such as financial impact and sourcing complexity through the identification of routine, leverage and bottleneck products in the Kraljic matrix. In addition, the formulation of these strategies has a dual purpose: to strengthen part of the company’s existing activities and to direct others towards an integral transformation in order to improve availability and quality performance. This made it possible to identify the bottleneck products with the highest incidence in the company, followed by strategic products, leverage products and, finally, routine products, highlighting the relevant aspects addressed by type of product.

摘要
