This chapter reflects on the dilemmas of climate activism in Milan. It analyses the practices of the Milano per il Climanetwork and their attempts to articulate collective action amid diversity. Activism is shown as fragile, experimental, and shaped by pandemic disruptions, yet capable of generating new political pathways.
