摘要
The emergence of information technology (IT) has allowed for significant changes, and the field of finance has not been the exception in such a way that financial needs can be resolved with a single click. There are few studies on factor models and the development stages of a Fintech Start-up (SF), so the present study aims to systematically review the literature to identify the aspects that influence the success of an SF. The search in indexed banks identified 160 studies, and after applying the filters, 47 were chosen. Identifying 20 success factors, where financing is the most relevant, followed by IT infrastructure. Three categories were found: data and digitalization, institutional quality, and culture. The identified models were dos: one based on the neural network approach in machine learning and the second based on the stages of an SF: start-up, expansion, and maturity.
