Cloud Computing and Its Impact on Healthcare Services: A Systematic Review and Bibliometric Analysis
摘要
The use of Cloud Computing has shown a significant presence in various areas of healthcare, thus improving clinical data analysis, resource management, and medical education. The primary aim of this research is to comprehensively analyze the current state of research on Cloud Computing and its impact on healthcare services. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted on the impact of Cloud Computing in healthcare services, encompassing a systematic review and bibliometric analysis from 2016 to 2023. The search strategy identified 9921 papers in digital libraries such as Scopus, Web of Science, ProQuest, ARDI, Science Direct, and IEEE Xplore. Subsequently, 81 papers were selected based on exclusion criteria using the PRISMA flow diagram. The results of the reviewed studies suggest that the use of Cloud Computing can enhance the efficiency and quality of healthcare services, reduce costs, and improve accessibility to medical care. However, concerns regarding the security and privacy of patient data in the cloud were also identified. Overall, the research suggests that Cloud Computing has the potential to have a significant impact on healthcare service delivery and is expected to be increasingly used in the future.
