We review the theory of gauge transforms in the algebraic structures defined in the previous chapter. Gauge transforms are a type of inner automorphisms which can be computed by means of the operations of the algebraic structure. They are relevant for logarithmic deformation theory because infinitesimal automorphisms of logarithmic deformations can be computed as gauge transforms of the associated Gerstenhaber calculus.

摘要

We review the theory of gauge transforms in the algebraic structures defined in the previous chapter. Gauge transforms are a type of inner automorphisms which can be computed by means of the operations of the algebraic structure. They are relevant for logarithmic deformation theory because infinitesimal automorphisms of logarithmic deformations can be computed as gauge transforms of the associated Gerstenhaber calculus.
