With the development of digital technology, the application of digital evidence in the legal field is becoming more and more extensive, but there are still problems in intelligent jurisprudence, such as insufficient data integration, low credibility of evidence, and unclear legal application. This study aims to explore the effective application of digital evidence in intelligent jurisprudence to improve the scientificity and accuracy of legal decision-making. First, through literature review and case analysis, this paper collects legal cases involving digital evidence and classifies them. Then, this paper constructs a digital evidence evaluation framework, which includes four steps: data source, evidence type, credibility analysis, and legal application, and uses quantitative indicators to score evidence. Among the 100 cases analyzed, the accuracy rate of case judgments using digitized evidence increased to 97.6%, and the average evidence credibility score reached 0.82. The rational use of digital evidence can not only improve the accuracy of legal judgments, but also promote the development and improvement of intelligent jurisprudence, and provide new ideas and directions for legal practice.

摘要
