In view of the low management level, information management platform, research based on intelligent technology, design a student management evaluation information system, the system is mainly in artificial neural network (A rtificialNeuralNetwork, ANN) as the foundation, build a comprehensive index management evaluation model, realize the improvement of student management and processing mechanism. The test results show that the designed system makes the management of colleges and universities more scientific and intelligent, which is of great significance to improve the management quality and student management level of higher vocational colleges in the future.
