Fuzzy Logic for Ethical AI Governance: A Framework for Organizational Decision-Making Systems and Integration with Intuitionist Fuzzy Methods for Digital Transformation
摘要
Ethical governance of artificial intelligence (AI) in organizational systems has emerged as a critical research area. With challenges like algorithmic bias, lack of transparency, and accountability gaps, organizations need robust frameworks for ethical AI integration. This paper builds on intuitionist fuzzy methods (IFMs) for discovering organizational structures supporting digital transformation, extending it with a fuzzy logic-based framework for ethical AI governance. The proposed model addresses ambiguity in ethical dilemmas, incorporates multi-criteria decision-making, and provides tools for real-time adaptability. We illustrate its effectiveness through case studies in automated hiring and supply chain management, complemented by detailed schemas and diagrams for practical implementation. By bridging IFMs with ethical governance, our approach advances both theoretical understanding and practical applications in organizational AI.
