Monitoring the quality of a university teacher’s work is one of the complex and important tasks in the overall problem of managing the quality of education. The teacher’s activities are multifaceted. According to official reports, they include such activities as educational, educational and methodological, scientific research, organizational and public, tutorial work, comprehensively assessed during certification. An effective means of improving the quality of work of the university teachers is the academic assessment of work on the main types of activities during the reporting period (semester, academic year, period for which an employment contract is concluded). The article proposes a methodology for assessing the multifaceted activities of a teacher, based on the use of neuro-fuzzy analysis methods with the involvement of expert assessments. This approach to assessing the performance of teachers is implemented through the creation of an appropriate option incorporated into the EMPRO system, which provides analytical and information support for the Bologna business educational process at the university.
