This chapter includes an interdisciplinary review of time and discusses how sociology and management and organization and other fields (economics, psychology) have studied time. It also includes a presentation of the basics of individual time and time perspective, an update with some recent works, and a discussion of the benefits and uniqueness of time perspective.
