Peripheral Nerves - Upper Limb
摘要
A 25-year-old male presents with wrist drop and numbness on the dorsum of his right hand after sleeping with his arm over a chair following heavy drinking. Examination reveals weakness in wrist and finger extension (MRC 2/5), preserved elbow extension, and normal median/ulnar sensation. A nerve conduction study shows prolonged latency with normal amplitude, indicating a conduction block.
