Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming all industries globally, and digital marketing is no exception. AI-driven tools are revolutionizing the field of advertising at a tremendous speed. Many marketers are currently adopting these technological advancements to facilitate the development of more effective marketing strategies that establish a stronger connection with customers through greater ad personalization and more accurate targeting (Stone et al., 2020). AI tools can analyze large volumes of data with great speed and precision (Gartner, 2023). Most AI tools in the marketplace can reveal actionable insights and patterns, which can assist advertisers in creating personalized content, generate leads, and reduce customer acquisition costs. AI-based applications also assist advertisers in creating dynamic, interactive content that adapts to user behavior and preferences. Although AI can significantly enhance digital marketing, it can also bring concerns about data privacy violations, ethical issues like algorithmic bias, and the risk of undermining human creativity and originality (Gujar & Panyam, 2024).
