The benefits and utilities of artificial intelligence are gaining space in the formation of skills for entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Students and teachers make use of computer applications in order to improve the processes that take place in the academic environment. One of the most widely used tools is ChatGPT. It allows text generation, contextualization of content, and adaptation to each student's cognitive level and interests. Ethical responsibility regarding the use of artificial intelligence in education is a pending but necessary issue. It is timely to create strategies to develop critical capacity in students and to determine that these tools assist but do not supplant the creative and autonomous capacity. In terms of entrepreneurship and financial literacy, ChatGPT favors contextualizing contents, simulating processes, comparing theoretical issues, and preparing from a professional and empirical point of view.
