In this textbook, applying fuzzy management methods, we have been leveraging the honorable merchant concept by using digital tools. In general, we asked for whom our civilizations are for. Who should they truly serve? Most of us believe that our society should at least benefit human beings, sustain all our social projects, and benefit the overall biosphere (i.e., the ecosystem of our planet earth) so that all our endeavors can continue. Unfortunately, it is never quite that simple, as we have seen throughout the book. Thus, in this part, we look again at the biggest challenges of the digital transformation of today.
