Complexity
摘要
Complexity is generally given by the complexity of a geometry. But this definition of complexity does not work in AM. Therefore, complexity must be defined as equal to fabrication problems. If there is no problem with fabricating a complex part, the part is not complex. A geometry is simple or complex—it depends upon whether fabricating it is easy or difficult. If a part is complex in other techniques, it does not imply that the part is also complex in AM when there is no problem in fabricating it in AM. Similarly, if a part is easy to make in AM, it does not imply that the part will not be complex in other techniques.
