Sustainability is a crucial aspect of automotive supply chain management, with significant efforts from researchers to advance this field. This paper builds upon a previous study with a Moroccan automotive company to enhance the sustainable supplier selection process by incorporating additional sustainability criteria. We developed an innovative framework that includes criteria such as Supplier Information, Certification, Key Indicators, Social Sustainability, Quality, Delivery, Launch, Financial, and Process Capabilities, each with relevant sub-criteria. The study applies the PAPRIKA method, a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) tool, for supplier selection. Using a Python environment, we identified the top ten suppliers for each commodity group (Electrical, Electronics, Underbody, Exterior, and Interior). This work is the first to implement the PAPRIKA method in the context of sustainable supplier selection, offering a novel approach to integrating sustainability criteria into the decision-making process. However, several challenges persist, and as part of perspectives, we will study other MCDM approaches to be compared with PAPRIKA method.
