Social Matter Matters
摘要
This concluding chapter summarizes the different categories, examining their limitations and possible developments. Understanding social matter is essential. This matter cannot be reduced to the sum of individual behaviors guided by physiological and cognitive mechanisms. Nor can it be assimilated to a rigid organization in which persons have fixed roles. The articulation of entities, relations and processes gives rise to complex, shifting forms that need to be constantly studied with the resources of the social sciences.
