Digital Testing Twin of Algae Raw Material Drying Technology Based on Its Mathematical Model
摘要
The origins of the concept of sustainable development lie in the ideas of rational management of natural resources. To implement this concept, it is important to study natural resources and their rational use, which involves the use of modern technologies. In their production, dehydrated algal raw materials are mainly sold, and the moisture removal operation is the most energy-intensive. As a result, a substance with increased biological value and long-term preservation is obtained while observing temperature restrictions. In this regard, the creation of a digital testing twin of the technology of drying algal raw materials, the operation of which is based on a mathematical model of heat and mass transfer adequate to the real process of convective drying, is an urgent task. For this reason, the aim of the study was to identify rational mode factors affecting the process of moisture removal and kinetic patterns of its implementation for algal raw materials and, in addition, to build and solve a mathematical model of the designated operation for the purpose of operational management and implementation of thermal calculation procedures. Identification of rational drying modes is based on the pattern of heat and moisture transfer, changes in the type and energy of moisture bonding with a dry skeleton, and the physicochemical characteristics of the object of study during desorption.
