One major global challenge today is preserving biodiversity and ensuring food security, which guarantees access to safe and nutritious food for a healthy lifestyle. In this context, providing high-quality, vitamin-rich natural products has become essential. The content of water-soluble vitamins in the cultivars of blackberry (Rubus caesius L.)—Jumbo, Thornfree, Karaka Black, Brazos, Brzezina, Cacanska Bestrna, and Chester—grown in the conditions of the Samarkand region was studied. Blackberry fruit is rich in numerous vitamins and minerals beneficial to human health. This article provides information on the morphological characteristics (length, width, weight), chemical composition, and health benefits of blackberry fruit. Special attention is given to the content of vitamins C, PP, and B-group vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B9, B12) in the studied cultivars. The highest vitamin C content was found in the Karaka Black cultivar, reaching 211.321 mg/100 g. The Chester cultivar had the highest levels of vitamin B6 (68.728 mg/100 g), vitamin PP (1.065 mg/100 g), and vitamin B12 (10.854 mg/100 g). The highest vitamin B9 content was observed in the Cacanska Bestrna cultivar, with 2.285 mg/100 g. The Brazos cultivar exhibited the highest vitamin B2 content, reaching 25.273 mg/100 g. Regarding morphological characteristics, the Karaka Black cultivar showed superiority. In this cultivar, the average fruit length was 2.53 ± 0.89 cm, and the average fruit weight was 4.93 ± 0.59 g. The high vitamin content in the studied blackberry cultivars makes them a valuable source for food consumption and medicinal preparations.
