The paper describes a metaverse application in the neurorehabilitation of post-stroke patients. We present our proposed solution that applies AR and VR in the rehabilitation of stroke patients. We also present issues related to the monitoring of people undergoing rehabilitation. To determine the tolerance of patients to the new rehabilitation technique, we conducted a survey and measurement of selected parameters of vital signs. The evaluation of the patients involved in the program was performed at baseline and after 7 days of training. The effectiveness of VR rehabilitation was measured using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). We observed excellent tolerance and safety for VR training in stroke patients.

摘要
