Gamification and Knowledge Management Model for Corporate Learning in Sustainable Development
摘要
This paper describes the integration of knowledge management and gamification as key strategies for corporate learning in the context of sustainable development. Knowledge management plays a crucial role in modern organizations by promoting the creation, sharing, and application of knowledge to gain a competitive advantage. The study delves into how gamification, through the use of game mechanics in non-gaming contexts, can motivate employees to participate in knowledge-sharing activities, thereby improving organizational performance and fostering long-term sustainable practices. For this reason, a knowledge management model for corporate learning in sustainable development was proposed, focused on green strategies and innovation to generate value for the company. The model was validated by administering a survey to entrepreneurs to understand the current state of their companies and identify the requirements for the proposed service. Once the results were analyzed, derived performance indices were developed and simulated using Excel software, thus demonstrating the feasibility of applying the model to small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to improve their corporate learning processes and adopt sustainable strategies through innovation.
